We will happily exchange or refund any unused goods if returned to us in perfect condition within 14 days of receipt. Goods should be posted back to us in an unused condition, in their original packaging with any labels/tags attached and intact, together with a copy of your invoice and a letter/note explaining reasons for return. Goods are customers responsibility until they reach us at our office address.
All orders will be stringently inspected and photographed prior to despatch by our quality control department and should be returned in same condition.
Postage will be charged on all items returned for exchange. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Goods returns should be sent back to us in a clean condition as we are unable to accept soiled or worn items.
Whilst we aim to deliver all packages within the next working day, due to extraneous circumstances some deliveries can take up to 3 working days. Shipping items to Europe takes an estimated 5-7 business days and shipping costs may vary.
